The College of Veterinary Medicine organised an awareness campaign on rabies and Malta fever as part of Global Entrepreneurship Week and in line with the principle #YourIdeaIsIraqi_IraqInnovates, with the aim of spreading health awareness about the two diseases, their modes of transmission and the importance of preventing them.
The campaign included distributing awareness posters and providing introductory guidance on the symptoms of the two diseases and ways of preventing them, as well as stressing the importance of vaccines and health measures in limiting the spread of rabies and Malta fever, contributing to strengthening the One Health concept and preserving human and animal health.
