In line with the vision of the University of Shatrah and the directives of its President, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, to support research activity and improve the University's academic ranking locally and internationally, and under the supervision and follow-up of the Dean of the College of Education / Al-Dawaia, Asst. Prof. Dr. Safaa Hussein Ali, one of the College's faculty members has achieved a notable research accomplishment.
Lect. Dr. Hadi Thamer Obaid of the Department of English Language – College of Education – Al-Dawaia, in cooperation with a research team from the University of Basrah, published a distinguished scientific paper in the Journal of Integrated Science and Technology, indexed in Scopus (Q1).
The paper is entitled:
“Effect of the pH and heat on the stability and spectral properties of mercury (II) and copper (II) azo complexes)”
This achievement is an important addition to the scientific journey of the University of Shatrah, reflecting the tireless efforts to build a solid research base that keeps pace with global developments in the fields of science and technology and contributes to strengthening the University's presence locally and internationally.
