College of Veterinary Medicine Begins the Competitive Examination for Postgraduate Applicants for the 2025–2026 Academic Year

This morning, Monday 30 June 2025, the College of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Shatrah began holding the competitive examination for applicants to postgraduate studies (master's) in the Branches of Physiology and Microbiology for the 2025–2026 academic year. The President of the University of Shatrah, Prof. Dr. Basim Abdul-Hussein Jarallah, accompanied by Asst. Prof. Dr. Fadhil Muhsin Hamad, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, made a field tour to review the conduct of the examination, and was received by Asst. Prof. Dr. Nabil Mahdi Abd, Dean of the College, in the presence of the Associate Deans and the heads of the academic branches. The President of the University toured the examination halls and reviewed the mechanism for organising the examination and the procedures followed, stressing the importance of preparing a suitable atmosphere for the applicants so as to ensure their academic performance according to the highest standards. He also praised the efforts made by the College Deanship and the teaching and administrative staff in making this important academic process a success.
