The Department of Graduate Affairs at the University of Shatrah and based on the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research /Research and Development Department/Graduate Department (1210-83679) dated 28/7/2026, which includes the mechanism of rotating seats between universities, about the availability of a number of vacant seats in the open graduate programs at the university, within the approved channels for each program.
