University of Shatrah announces the opening of the electronic system for updating the data of applicants for appointment holding postgraduate degrees from outside Iraq

The University of Shatrah announces the opening of the electronic system for applicants for appointment through the Federal Service Council – data of holders of postgraduate degrees from outside Iraq, starting from Tuesday, 19/8/2025.

Applicants should visit the centres designated below in the colleges of the University:

1️⃣ College of Engineering Centre

2️⃣ College of Medical Sciences Centre

3️⃣ College of Veterinary Medicine Centre

? Required documents:

• The unified national card of the applicant and of his/her parents (original + colour copy), together with the residence card.

• The equivalency decision + the degree certificate (original + colour copy).

• The application form issued by the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations containing a (barcode).

⚠️ Note: The applicant must attend in person to sign the appointment application form together with the legal undertaking.
