The University of Shatrah announces the issuance of the university order regarding the admission of postgraduate students for the academic year 2026–2027, based on the instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the timelines specified for this purpose. The Department of Graduate Studies Affairs at the university explained that the university order included students who were originally nominated, as well as cases of rotation within the application channels within the university, and the treatment of critical cases, in accordance with the controls and instructions in force. The University of Shatrah affirms its full commitment to applying standards of fairness and transparency in admission procedures, and its keenness to support the academic career of students in various scientific and humanities specializations, in a way that contributes to providing state institutions with advanced and qualified scientific competencies. The university called on accepted students to visit their relevant colleges to receive a copy of the university order, and to complete the required administrative and financial procedures, according to the following, in preparation for starting studies in the new academic year. Procedures required after the university order is issued:
1. Review the University Presidency/Security Clearances Department, bringing with you:
- Identification documents (original and photocopy).
- Recent personal photos.
2. Review the legal department at the college for the purpose of completing the guarantee procedures.
3. Accepted employees are required to submit study leave within a maximum period of (90) days from the date of issuance of the university order, otherwise admission will be considered cancelled.
4. All accepted students must undergo a medical examination to detect drug and psychotropic substance abuse, in accordance with approved instructions and controls.
5. Students accepted on the private expense channel must visit the college’s accounts department for the purpose of paying the first tuition installment before the start date. The University of Shatrah wishes all accepted students good luck and success in their academic career.
