1- Achieving the vision, mission and strategic objectives of the college.
2- Applying modern concepts of quality to raise the academic performance of the college's departments and staff.
3- Encouraging and supporting the college's entry into recognised local and international rankings.
4- Spreading awareness of the culture of quality within the college's departments and offices in a way that ensures their development and supports the objectives of each in terms of quality assurance and academic performance.
5- Preparing reports and statistics on many subjects, such as the college's self-assessment report, staff performance evaluation and others.
6- Holding conferences, workshops and seminars to explain the concepts of quality assurance and how to achieve its objectives in the development of the institution.
7- Providing support and advice to the college's departments and offices on matters related to quality assurance and academic and institutional accreditation.
8- Seeking to achieve long-term plans to fulfil the college's objectives and implement quality programmes through communication links between the unit and the departments and offices of the college.
9- Cooperating and establishing relations with scientific, research and professional institutions and academies to apply the concepts of quality assurance and academic performance.
10- Establishing a complete database on the institution to develop its work.
